We gladly accept returns* because, let’s face it, we have all been there before! We are committed to creating the best quality products and before we ship anything, all items go through a quality control process.
As soon as you discover a fault, first make sure you send us an email to email@example.com within 5 days of delivery stating:
Then, items can be returned within 15 days from the date you received them (just make sure the items are in their original condition and with the brand tag still attached).
If one of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, please send it back to us and we’ll refund you as soon as it’s arrived back at our warehouse. Please ask for proof of postage and ensure you keep it safe in case we need to look at it later on.
If you still want the order and they product is still in stock, please order them through our website as normal.
*We can’t accept returns for accessories due to hygiene and quality reasons.
Get a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or store credit for future purchases with us.
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment you used when you placed your order.
We don’t accept cancellations after you’ve completed your order.
